EncapsulClean LLC was founded in June of 2021 by Cuyler & Brett Rigney.  Cuyler has a background in low moisture carpet cleaning and felt there was a need in the Central Ohio area.  His father, Brett, being an entrepreneur, helped launch the company.  Cuyler, Brett & Kathy all have both been trained and certified by the IICRC-Institue of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification.  

Our company was born from the idea of providing service that we would be happy to hire for our own home.   We are a Five-Star service based company.  If our client is not 100% satisfied with our services, we will zero the invoice balance at no charge.
